As a former competitive dancer, I understand firsthand the impact of chronic pain can have on one's life. Despite receiving monthly injections to relieve my knee pain, I knew that it wasn't a sustainable solution.
Through my journey of self-discovery and research, I learned simple yet effective strategies to heal from chronic pain completely.
Empowered by this knowledge, I was determined to help other teens who were struggling with the same problem.
Over the years, I have worked with many teens and their families to overcome chronic pain and improve their overall well-being.
Through this work, I have also come to realize that many of these individuals also suffer from functional neurological disorder (FND). This has inspired me to expand my practice and provide more specialized support to those dealing with this condition.
As someone who has experienced the challenges of chronic pain and its impact on mental and physical health, I am committed to helping others find relief and live life to the fullest.
